At Moore Marketing Solutions LLC, we are a group of consultants who have a passion for helping organizations and individuals tell their story to gain interest, audience share and profits. Since creating the foundation for MMS in 1995, we have morphed into a company that provides services to a variety of international and domestic clients. Our group consists of senior industry experts who have produced decades of award-winning marketing, public relations, training and multimedia products. Clients include billion dollar corporations, private and public sector business ventures, government agencies, small businesses, non-profits, international broadcast networks, news organizations, journalists, authors, celebrities and politicians. We have worked in 44 countries on projects that were as varied as public awareness projects for international financial institutions, to creating and/or producing network broadcast programs in places like Egypt, China, Jordan, Israel, Russia, Japan, Pakistan, El Salvador, South Africa, and the United States.

Bill Moore, Founder and CEO

Bill Moore is our incredibly talented executive producer, broadcaster and trainer. His career has spanned 45 years and includes: television network executive, executive and senior producer for international news, documentary and information programs, and an educator to international journalists and communication departments. Among his honors are 14 national Emmy Awards, 5 Dupont-Columbia Awards and a Peabody for broadcast excellence and programming.

During his 25 years at ABC News, Mr. Moore traveled to every major capital in the world covering breaking news events and producing top rated broadcast programs. For 11 years he served in Washington as Ted Koppel’s Senior Producer for Nightline where he produced programs that not only included the half-hour daily broadcast, but also live Town Meetings from South Africa and Israel, coverage of the tragedy at Tiananmen Square in China, the fall of the Soviet Union, the release of Nelson Mandela, and political unrest in El Salvador. Mr. Moore was promoted to serve as Vice President of ABC News and Vice President of Broadcast Operations and Engineering — no other individual had ever held two such positions in different Divisions of ABC at the same time.

In 1999, Mr. Moore was recruited to head a new media company by the largest privately owned consulting firm in the world holding multi-year USAID contracts. Its’ mission was to provide broadcast and media expertise to governments, businesses, and international broadcasters in areas of programming, production, and technology. Due to the public awareness needs of the Middle East and Africa regions, Mr. Moore also provided onsite training in the areas of multimedia production, strategic communication strategy, convergent media solutions and media/journalism training. All of Mr. Moore’s executive, production and communication skills became major components in long-term USAID-funded projects in Egypt, Jordan and Senegal. In these countries, he designed and implemented projects utilizing broadcast and new media formats for mass-market public awareness tasks. He was the first American journalist to work inside Egypt TV with an all-Egyptian staff, and later repeated this effort for Jordan Radio and Television. In 2003, Mr. Moore bought out the Chemonics International majority ownership and renamed the company. Soon after, the Moore Media Group (now called Moore Marketing Solutions LLC) won a long-term U.S. Government contract with the United States Broadcasting Board of Governors to provide assistance in the areas of television production and training for journalists working for the Voice of America. Since that time, he has trained scores of foreign and domestic journalists, while still providing assistance to a varied list of international clients. At VOA, he has been acclaimed for helping international broadcasters reach their potential, and create programs that are considered sophisticated and compelling to their audiences — and served as Senior Consultant to the Director, David Jackson.

Gayle Moore, Co-founder

Gayle Moore is our behind-the-scenes expert, whether producing programs, marketing videos, commercials, video news releases, field remotes, teleconferences, focus pieces, or conducting media training sessions. Client’s can always count on Gayle to deliver a first rate product every time.

Gayle is one of the original producers of ABC News Nightline, a producer for a successful production company, on the Assignment Desk at CNN, assistant to the Senior Producer of ABC Evening News, Business Manager for the Washington Bureau of ABC, and running the Operations Desk for Electronic News Gathering. Gayle has covered stories on the Supreme Court, the death of Elvis Presley, conditions in prison, Hollywood celebrities, the plight of immigrants in Miami, women’s issues and more. During times when her camera skills were required, Gayle covered the White House, traveled with the President, set up live feeds on Capitol Hill, worked with Barbara Walters, a hurricane in Brownsville, Texas, and an economic summit in Ottowa, Canada. Post ABC News, Gayle established a successful career as an international media consultant and producer working on USAID contracts where she produced a 6 part investor education series and creating news broadcasts and special projects for Jordan Radio and Television. Her work has personally been honored with an Emmy Award, 15 Telly Awards, the New York Film Festival Award and a CEBA Award.

Lisa Korhnak, President and Managing Partner

Lisa Korhnak, having worn many hats in her career, is our “big picture” integrated marketing strategist. She is truly gifted at helping businesses, government agencies, non-profits and individual entrepreneurs find their niche, properly identify their goals and communicate their message. She coaches business leaders on how to be the ‘face’ of an organization — through media training, brand identity development, content development, project management, media buying, digital optimization and outreach. For over twenty years she has directed or contributed to numerous successful marketing, media and capital campaigns (recently raising close to $1 million dollars for her non-profit clients). Her efforts for clients have been honored with the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, three APEX Awards for creating the best print, web and multimedia products, multiple Videographer Awards for projects “that exceed industry standards,” as well as Telly Awards for excellence in marketing and PR videos, and a Radio Achievement Award for the WMAL Smart Money Expo.

Lisa’s career began with one of the most media savvy entrepreneurs in the country, Ric Edelman, Executive Chairman of Edelman Financial Services. She excelled quickly at EFS and was promoted to Vice President of Communications and, for nearly 10 years, directed their marketing and communications plans, which included: supporting the sales team, exposure on every major broadcast network, appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Today Show, production of Ric’s weekly national radio and TV shows, numerous educational videos, promotion of his best-selling books, event planning and more. In 2001, she got the entrepreneur bug and started working as an independent marketing consultant, as well as a group associate for Moore Media Group (now called Moore Marketing Solutions, LLC). Since then, Lisa has focused on a variety of small business marketing projects, non-profit awareness, capital campaigns and lent her support to successful government contracts and bids.

Will Casserly, Chief Marketing Strategist

Will Casserly leads our digital efforts (SEO, SEM, content marketing and research) – keeping pace with the ever changing technology and consumer behavior. He thrives in researching and developing marketing strategies that drive actionable, measurable results. Will brings a broad creative management experience coordinating with C-suite executives, service departments, customer groups, creative design teams, subject matter experts, outside consultants and other key decision makers. His diverse background has included the creation of online web properties and advertising campaigns, video production, social media messaging, internal/external communications, crisis communications, content management, book and newsletter publishing, direct mail, live events, corporate identity, philanthropic/community services – and a full complement of sales materials and marketing collateral.

He is the former Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Edelman Financial Services (succeeding Lisa Korhnak). During his time at EFS, assets under management grew from $100 million to $10 billion. Award highlights include the design and marketing of several USAToday, Business Week, and New York Times best-sellers, APEX award-winning newsletter, numerous web site awards – and even a series of award-winning wine labels and restaurant logo. He was also an inaugural team member of the Washington West Film Festival.

Scott Sobel, Public Relations Executive

Scott Sobel’s communications career spans more than 40-years as an award-winning journalist and crisis public relations counselor for clients in manufacturing, aviation, higher education, the law, associations, government affairs, technology and health care. Scott has worked with international clients who have interests in U.S. visibility and influencing U.S. stakeholders.

Scott is a seasoned public relations and media relations counselor whose clients have included top law firms, financial clients, and iconic and powerful brands like Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, the Catholic and International Baptist churches, as well as celebrities. He began his public relations career as a regional director for Tele-communications, Inc. and AT&T, where he handled public relations and media relations assignments and lead national media training teams.

High-stakes issues in which Scott has been involved include an investigation by the Congressional Sub-committee on Investigations, and complex litigation at all levels of court, including a case that was eventually heard before the U.S. Supreme Court and another litigation involving the Libyan-backed terrorist hijacking of a jumbo jet. He frequently represents various clients seeking consideration from members of Congress and federal regulatory bodies.

Scott is a former journalist at the major market and network levels with a shelf full of journalism awards for investigative reporting on national gangs, toxic spills and the final days of serial killer Ted Bundy, to name just a few of his assignments during his twenty years as a reporter and producer.

Scott’s public relations teams have won international and national association crisis agency of the year awards and awards for a national crisis mitigation program that fashioned a relationship between Congress and his international manufacturing client. Under Sobel’s counsel, the client now sponsors a national S.T.E.M. mentorship program seen by thousands of students across America.
Sobel holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism/Political Science from the University of Miami and a Masters of Media and Communications Psychology from Touro University Worldwide.

Ami Low, Senior Graphic Designer

Ami Low is our graphic artist — her careful listening skills and creative talent give her the ability to jump into your brain and figure out the image you are trying to achieve. Yes, she’s that good! She is an award winning graphic designer, and ad agency art director, with over 21 years of experience. During the first 15 years of her career, Ms. Low worked in the direct marketing design business where she received 2 Gold MAXI awards and 1 Silver MAXI award for her design projects. She has worked on marketing campaigns for both Democratic and Republican committee’s, as well as nonprofit social organizations that include the National Committee to Preserve Social Security, Salvation Army, Special Olympics and Mothers Against Drunk Driving. In addition to her talents as a graphic designer, she is an accomplished muralist and her work can be seen at various locations in the Washington, DC area.

Laura Tubridy, Content Writer

Laura Tubridy provides top-notch writing services for our clients. Whether it’s website content, blog articles, public and government relations communications, or complex, technical pieces, Laura delivers professional and engaging content. Laura is gifted at quickly grasping a client’s business and style, and then developing written content to address and surpass their needs.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Laura began her career as a lawyer, working for the Governor’s Office in her home state of Louisiana. While there, she received formal accolades for her dedication and service in developing and writing proposed legislation and policy on the governor’s initiatives. She then was the inaugural environmental attorney for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, addressing legal issues ranging from endangered species to oil spill remediation to fisheries management. After relocating to Canada, Laura worked in government relations where she represented top North American companies and organizations in sectors including auto making, agri-food, oil and gas, mining, retail, pharmaceutical, and not-for-profit. She often assisted clients with strategic and tactical solutions in crisis mode. Laura was known for getting to the crux of a client’s issue with government, finding the right government and political audience, and creating persuasive, compelling, and highly relevant client messaging. Back stateside, she has supported numerous small businesses and nonprofit organizations with writing, marketing, and project management services.

Abigail Rush, Social Media and Marketing Specialist

Abigail Rush is our Social Media and Marketing Specialist. She recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Consumer Studies. She has worked on a wide variety of campaigns at Virginia Tech and was an intern at Nasdaq. She is a Loudoun County native who now lives in New York City.
